Payment

All payments made via the Slumber-Roo website are processed using PayPal; you do not need a paypal account for this. We are currently looking into additional methods of secure credit card payment
We are also happy to accept telephone orders; please call 01803 859034
If you are ordering by telephone and paying by cheque or postal order, please note that cheques/postal orders will be banked upon receipt and delivery may therefore take an additional 5 working days to allow for your payment to clear
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the authorisation is refused, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. This also applies if a cheque does not clear. We will however endeavor to inform customers ASAP so that they may resolve the problem
Please note; once your payment has cleared and your online order is complete, you will receive an electronic confirmation via e-mail
5% DISCOUNT when ordering 3-5 items, 10% discount on 6 items or more.

Security*
Whilst our website is securely managed, we understand that some customers may feel uncomfortable entering their personal and payment card details onto a website, which is why we have chosen PayPal as our payment processor - an internationally recognised secure way of processing online payments. Please refer to Payment (top of page) for further details.

Delivery

June 2008 - Slumber-Roo have introduced 'worldwide' shipping
All deliveries are dependent on your chosen item being in stock. If an item is not in stock but payment is processed, either a refund will be offered or free delivery applied to that item
We aim to dispatch all ‘in-stock’ items within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays
Standard delivery takes between 2-4 working days and for most purchases, will be by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcel Post; Airmail for worldwide destinations (allow an extra 5-7 days for delivery)
Our standard delivery charge for all UK mainland addresses is £2.75 per order (see below for express delivery)
Our standard delivery charge for Southern Ireland & Europe is £5.50 per order (maximum weight of 1kg, additional items charged at cost)
Our standard delivery charge Worldwide is £11.00 per order (maximum weight of 1kg, additional items charged at cost)
We can also deliver to an alternative address to your billing address. This can be an added benefit, for example, if you are out at work all day then delivery can be made to a neighbour or to your work address. Please advise us of your preference at checkout

PLEASE NOTE: Slumber-Roo are now offering the option of 'local pick-up' at checkout, saving on the cost of delivery for families living in Torbay. Please order your goods as usual, selecting the 'LOCAL PICK-UP' option and then telephone: 01803 859034 to arrange collection. No delivery charge is payable.

Express Delivery

For urgent orders, we offer an express delivery service. Delivery is within 1-2 working days and is available at £6.50 per order (maximum weight 1kg)
For telephone orders received before midday, we shall endeavour to achieve delivery on the next working day, excluding orders received on a Saturday or Sunday
Internet orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched the next working day

‘Peace of Mind’ Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Slumber-Roo. We feel confident that we offer products of the highest quality and that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we also realise that sometimes products are perceived differently when buying via the Internet. For this reason, we offer a ‘peace of mind’ returns policy.

If you wish to return any item, then please do so within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange. Unless faulty, all items returned must be in their original packaging, unused and suitable for resale.

Refunds will normally be processed within 21 working days of the goods being received by us*
Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of postage. Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns
We recommend you always use a 'signed-for' service, as proof of posting cannot be regarded as proof of receipt
ALL credit card refunds are processed using PayPal checkout, therefore refunds will be either be credited back to your PayPal account of if no account is held, a bank transfer or cheque will be organised
Where applicable, please supply your PayPal ID (relevant e-mail address) with your returned package; if these details are not supplied, there may be a delay in your card being refunded*
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Please note: we cannot refund or credit, washed/worn goods unless faulty. Please be certain of your choice before washing or using. Returned goods must be clearly marked "Returns" and posted to:
